Arrival

  • Duration of Stay in India: The total duration of your stay in India will be 21 to 25 days, including flying time.
  • Passport Assistance: We will assist you with the passport application if needed.
  • Visa Processing: We will handle the processing of your visa.
  • Flight Booking & Wheelchair Assistance: Book your Non-Stop Return Flights, and if necessary, we will arrange wheelchair assistance for your flight.
  • Meet & Greet: Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted at the aircraft door with a wheelchair (Incredible India)
  • Passport Control & Baggage Claim: You will be escorted through passport control and baggage claim.
  • Airport to Hotel: Our team will accompany you from the airport to the hotel for check-in.

Operation

  • Clinical Consultation: The following morning (except Sunday), our team will meet you in the hotel lobby and escort you to the hospital for a face-to-face consultation with a specialist. This will be followed by hospital admission for evaluation and surgery.
  • Hospital Admission: Stay for 4-5 days. One companion can stay in the hospital room, and meals will be provided for both the patient and companion.
  • ICU Stay: If the patient is in the ICU, the companion will be moved to the hotel, with our team facilitating the transfer.
  • Post-Discharge: Upon discharge, our team will assist with medication and transportation back to the hotel.

Discharge and Repatriation

  • Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy will begin at the hotel by a certified physiotherapist as recommended by the treating doctor or surgeon.
  • Follow-Up Consultation: Between the 4th and 7th day after discharge, our team will escort the patient for a follow-up consultation at the hospital.
  • Final Review: Between the 12th and 14th day after discharge, the doctor will conduct the final review.
  • Final Medication & Airport Transfer: Our team will assist with final medication and transportation to the airport for your departure.
  • Post-Surgery Advice: Our team will be available for any post-surgery advice after your return.
